The Business Builder Program
I opened the Grove City Business Center in 2016 but my journey as a business owner began in 2001. Since then I’ve grown my own businesses and helped hundreds of other business owners build their business. The biggest lesson that I’ve learned through this process is that Marketing Tactics are weak without Sales Strategy. Business owners often lean towards marketing and advertising along with word of mouth.
Those tactics are important, I offer many of these services through my website and marketing company however if those tactics aren’t part of a sales strategy, working together to help your business continually add new customers, then you will waste time and money, making it much harder to accomplish what you have set out to build in the first place.

I will explain the Business Builder Program and answer all of your questions. The program is $750 paid in three installments. If your business is not a great fit for this program or its at a business stage where this wouldn’t yet be impactful then you will at least leave with suggested action items and strategic referrals.
Business Builder Part One: Understand Your Business
We start with a recorded conversation to examine how key areas impact how customers find you, trust you and choose you:
- What you offer and who you serve
- Why customers choose you
- How customers find you today
- Which business essentials you already have in place
Business Builder Part Two: Fix The Sales Steps
In the second part of the program, we focus on:
- What customers see before they call or buy
- Where trust is built or lost
- How leads move (or don’t move) into real customers
We will rewrite your core sales messages so they speak to your customers pain points and wins. We will discuss which strategies are feasibile to implement immediately to reach more potential customers.
Business Builder Part Three: Implementation Support
The third part is focused on helping you put things in place so customers can find you, trust you and choose you. This may include:
- Google profile setup or cleanup
- Basic website or landing page support
- Business listings and consistency
- Office space, virtual address, or kitchen options
- Referrals to experts to assist with specific needs
The focus is always on what will help your business most right now.
